This is my third stay at this hotel, and each stay here has been 13 nights. I deleted the original review that I wrote after my second stay so I could write a new review. This is a nice hotel and good clean rooms and a friendly staff. If TV is your thing, they have available many channels in most languages popular to the EU region. My problem with this hotel is they seems ill-equipped to handle the REAL busy days/nights. One night I went to the restaurant to get dinner and after two hours I still did not have my dinner. On this night they had six busloads of guests and the bar and restaurant were overwhelmed with people. That night even after placing my order early, I never received my dinner and I received very poor service. I had another night like this where I received very poor service at the restaurant as they were very busy again and I could not place an order for dinner. I went back to my room and tried to order room service. When I called the number to order, I had to leave a message and never received a call back. This after trying three times and leaving a message. I rarely write reviews and even more I dislike writing negative reviews. I felt that I had to share my dissatisfaction on this trip. I do not have transportation to go else ware and after a long busy day of work I do not wish to call a cab. I stay here because they have a restaurant and nice amenities and it is close to my office. However, this might be the last time I stay here. I give 3 stars because it is a nice place, but this hotel needs to work harder to plan for the busy nights. I am sure I am not the only one who feels so negative on those busy nights this hotel cannot seem to handle. I have three more nights here so maybe I will get lucky that those nights may go better. I will be considering other options upon my next visit to Brussels.
