Went in with intentions to back a large purchase and get my board waxed and sharpened . Could not find anyone customer service to help me in snowboard section and when I went to the cashier she said there is a huge waitlist to get equipment tuned and I wouldn t be able to have my board in a month . Huge let down taking my snow sports money and moving it else where .
