I took my vehicle in for a few recalls to be taken...

I took my vehicle in for a few recalls to be taken care of and they kept my car for 5 weeks. They also did Not perform an alignment like they were supposed to as I had a new engine cradle put in, I asked for an oil change that was not done as well. I am now sitting at another auto shop currently waiting to have an alignment done. I as well as other folks in my family seem to have issues with the dealership and service center.
