Apart from their AWFUL customer service that they keep you on the phone at least 30m, and after presenting the complaint for vandalism to the Civil Guard, they send me to the blind operator and then they refuse me the repair without just cause. When I call again and they tell me that it has been broken BY WEAR ... a SHAME! Besides the expert that they have to make a video call instead of coming ... is that the service that we pay so religiously?
