Review of Preston Palace

really not recommended at the moment.

really not recommended at the moment.
Everywhere is difficult to redo. A family of 8 people may or may not be at one table together. They say several times during the meal that you only have an hour and then mess up the whole food, making the waiting time longer. The restaurants are a chaotic gang because the staff cannot keep up (are too busy imposing rules on people and playing agent). Eating in san remo and pepermill is nothing short of bad, cold, soulless. The service had to discuss an extra plate of bacon and egg (is all-incl?) In terms of drink, there is a lot available, only this is poured into a stacked glass and if your uncle asks for ice, there is a deep sigh.
In short, a very annoying nasty atmosphere, I would not have known this. Been twice before and then it was great but now it seems as if preston palace wants to get the very best out of the crisis for themselves and the guests are treated as difficult customers. I was happy to be able to go home
