It s the most horrible service I ve ever experienced! Ordering bed frame and mattress I ve got only bed frame!!! It s good advice from IKEA - just start sleeping on the bed frame and once you got back pain we will deliver your mattress!!!!
The other thing is all services at their web page saying - call us, but you can t because nobody picking up the phone!!!!
There is FB and Instagram pages which also don t give any support for the customers!!! It s inly nice pictures and nothing more!!
