We have been using this software for over 9 years, and it's nothing but trouble. we waited 3 years to move to SA5 because I was so concerned with the glitches in the current system. We were advised that RG would no longer support SA4, and we were forced to move to SA5 and were excited after watching all the training videos. OMG SA5 is the worst ever. its costing us so much time and money to figure this out. I'm schedule to attend their conference in January, and I'm already looking into a new software. I cannot afford the time it's costing us to help Real Green figure out their problems. every single time my office calls for help we hear the same thing....Oh that's a glitch...or oh we have it on the list to fix and hopefully it will be in the next release 4-6 weeks. REALLY you have had SA5 up for 3 years! This has been the worst experience and I can't wait to see these guys face to face in Nashville!
