We recently stayed at the hotel and the pool experience was very disappointing
There was no supervision of the pool and children were jumping into the pool and throwing balls and other objects. Towels were not being cleared from chairs after people left and food plates and glasses sat for hours on lounge tables - with birds having a feeding frenzy. On our last day at the hotel the pool was closed due to health concerns. Access to pool was blocked by guests moving chairs into access areas - there needs to be supervision !!
Pool staff were very young and totally inexperienced and service was slow. The food quality was inconsistent from day to day and very overpriced.
The rooms are very tired and the hotel is in need of a major refurb. We have been guests since the hotel opened and it is sad to see.
Front of house staff were excellent and tried to be helpful but management need to upgrade the facility to give a better experience and value for money.
