come prepared for any surprises. I flew in last night for a meeting today and I was surprised they took the printer out of the business center that they had a month ago so I had to email them confidential documents to print and they have a problem in their laundry service that I had to take my laundry outside at 10pm.
In addition, they informed me the suite does not include breakfast when my booking confirms so. after ordering from outside the hotel, they called to apologize for the mistake and that my room actually had breakfast.
