I was disappointed with this hotel. I booked 1 night and got a room in the basement with a view of bushes, so we should have rooms with a view. You could not change. The room was clean but low standard. We did not even get glasses for the wine. At dinner I wanted with a friend then at least the view of the Lago di Lugano in the restaurant. The waiter said we can not the free table with a view because the reserved. Later we asked that couple had sat down and said they had no reservation. The table was simply served by another waiter. Very disappointing !
