Kissimmee is a pretty great little place, but KUA is such a horrible utility company that it's not worth living here. Their bills are not straightforward, nor are their policies and the staff is not very helpful. Their online payment system is not to be fully trusted either. I've dealt with OUC and TECO before and they were great. I'd rather have an hour long commute every day than have to deal with KUA.
