Ordered a desk back in June delivery was around 16...

Ordered a desk back in June delivery was around 16th July and it kept getting pushed back. so rang up and they said they don't have it in stock so we can order a different one or cancel, so cancelled it and STILL awaiting a refund. spoke to accounts manager and she said she would sort it out and every sales team i speak to say different things refund takes 3-5 working days 5-7 working days. soon as a credit note it raised we will get a refund. Now they are checking with transport company to cancel the delivery (They don't have it in stock so whats the issue?) also awaiting confirmation from the Warehouse team (not in stock still whats the issue??). I used this company in the past NEVER again would i recommend them or use them personally myself.

After cancelling the desk i placed an order and received that in less then a week perfect Desk no issues Delivery driver was lovely brought upstairs for me as well.

They only got 1 star as i cant put any less. Also to note i'm waiting another call from another manager this time the Sales manager And awaiting a credit note confirmation...
