Most of the staff are excellent. My little girl had broken her and she was seen straight away. I was even able to get an appointment the same day when she reinjured her arm. Now for my appointment. I was by ivan paperwork a week before. I had the completed paperwork with me at 9.05am for a 9.15am appointment. The woman took my paperwork and b.c said she needs to enter the information into the system. Ok fair enough. However it is 9.40, I'm still waiting to be registered and Miss cranky still hasn't entered my information into the system. Seriously. Why do the paperwork ahead of time, if you still have to wait over 20 mins to be registered? And what's with the attitude? I'm sure that they can find more cheery willing to work people nowadays.
