When I called the hotel trying to get the fee refunded, hotel forwarded my call to the Hilton general accounting line, which says it s out of office hour and can t help me. I have to hang up and call Hilton diamond customer support line.

I m further convinced that there s deep issues with hotel s management. Won t come back.
