I've been actively seeking an alternative approach to test the job market or to get an assessment of my transferable skill set into other markets at management / executive levels here in Austin and I found this group in a sea of others like them and figured I would give them a shot. After reading the website I submitted my resume in the category designated for executives and after a week or so, no response. I let more time pass and I emailed the group to inquire about a status and or progress update, and again no response. I decided to call and spoke to an admin. who gathered some information as to where and what category I directed my resume - I was told to resend my resume and would be contacted, as of today's date nothing. The HT Group has a great website and I'm sure is an effective service, but as a municipal executive I was disappointed in that it appears exclusive and selective in the clientele it chooses to assist.
