After coming consistently for about 6 months, I wouldn't recommend TI over Mystic Lake. Today was the final straw. I was kicked off a machine for something to be replaced, not by being greeted but being told "This is the machine we need, can you get up?". No greeting. No explanation. They did what they needed to do, took a few minutes but it took my promo cash off the machine which resulted in a few cents I'll never be able to redeem. It's just the little things like this you avoid at Mystic. They at least address me by name and have the courtesy to talk to me without just telling me to 'move'. Food is mediocre but I only had to once because it wasn't worth the price. The wait staff are very pleasant though, which was primarily why I continued to come but I'd rather be treated well by all the staff. Pays are either all or nothing, which is evident on the guests faces since most of them fall in the nothing category. Bathrooms are disgusting. Social distancing isn't enforced and smokers are hardly ever wearing masks so I do no advise anyone at risk to go. The machines are just as sticky as before so I'd advise gloves and making sure to go to the bathroom before/after in the casino. It's ok to waste time here if you live close but don't go out of your way to come like I was.
