Had a stairlift fitted 18 months ago. Last Monday...

Had a stairlift fitted 18 months ago. Last Monday I rang to say that it wasnt working and it took until Friday for an engineer to attend. Told me the motor had gone and would need replaced. I have contacted Oaktree again today and they have not received a report from the engineer so cant do anything until they do. In the meantime my elderly mother is having a dreadful time getting up the stairs and has resorted to staying in her bedroom. I have rang this company several times over the last week and have never received one call back. Poor customer service ! 3 weeks later. I still have no stair lift. I have rang on numerous occasions and only yesterday a new carriage was installed however engineers did not have the knowledge of how to programme it. Rang this morning for update said it was in hand. Rang again 4.45 pm - nothing has been done again. Advised that next call will be from an engineer. My poor mother looks like she is spending Christmas away from her family. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY !!!!! They never ring you back. APPALLING AFTER SALES SERVICE !!!! Tried to remove the one star however it wouldnt let me.
