I think any NYC tourist needs to see this amazing building of course, but it was not what I expected! The wait is pretty long, but there are tour items to keep you busy at least. Up at the top, there are bars everywhere and there are ALOT of people. so be prepared to fight for that perfect spot to take a pic, unless you pay more and head up to the higher levels.
