Fraud & rip off. Way overprice, overcharge people & they even shut my power off because they said i was short $38 on my payment last month when i pay them $250 monthly, other than the $38 short i am current & they shut my power off! I wish there's other power company in Eugene because EWEB is fraud & could careless for anyone.
