I went to Mackert Automotive to have my back window fixed on my 1999 Honda accord and I just want to say thank you to all the employees who worked on my car for me. I want to say thank you to Howard and Buck for helping me all of these guys treated me like I was family to them. They all went above and beyond of what I thought was going to happen when I went to the shop. I thought that I was going to be in the waiting room waiting for my car for two or three hours. But instead of that they had a car waiting for me and let me use it to take care of what I needed to do when the shop worked on my car I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who works at Mackert Automotive in Gig Harbor, if you are needing car repairs done call them you will be happy that you did. Great people who really care about there Customers. Thanks again for all that you have done for me.
