The same disaster just 9 months later. This time you wait for the delivery of a card module. After waiting 10 days - at temperatures around 3 degrees - we don't believe the service company that a spare part will be delivered. Contact to Termodinamik directly. Here, too, we do not know of the lying lie of the service company. The part had not been ordered at all. The lie resides somewhere.
And even now THREE 3 go by !!!!!! Tagr to have a spare part delivered from a distance of 70 kilometers. FINGER AWAY FROM THIS SUPPLIER. WHEN YOU WANT TO BE WEEKLY IN THE WINTER WITHOUT HEATING AND HOT WATER.
If you still don't believe it after this 2nd experience, it's your own fault.

Here is the old assessment;
Devices that are defective within the warranty period of half a year and the service is unable to repair them or to get a new part within a period of 10 days. A company that works with such service will soon no longer have a good reputation. Therefore it is better to choose a different product. Otherwise, like me, you sit there for almost two weeks without heating and hot water and have to go to a hotel to survive.
If Termodinamik wants to gain a good reputation, the company has to work with reliable service. This is unreasonable and unacceptable.
