Rooms were clean although small. Ladies at Starbucks cafe were extremely pleasant and what we expect from the Hilton brand. Found housekeeping staff on 3rd floor to be yucky. We don t traditional care for service but do ask for towels. They didn t seem to respect that. Front desk, the gatekeeper of the hotel, was so rude to my husband and not exemplary of any sort of customer service. Great gym. Nice and simple beach. cruise ships ports close by. Close proximity to downtown. Construction is close to hotel which was a turn off to many.

Wouldn t likely stay here again.
