The reason for giving this doctor 2 stars is the lack or communication and empathy. We found out my 8 year old needs glasses for the first time. First of all , all he said is she has Myopia . Every single information about this disease I had to ask. He did not explained me anything about this condition other then what i asked.
My daughter started to cry and even then , he said nothing. The words of a doctor mean the world to these kids and he chose to say nothing.
I am very dissatisfied. I had to go home and research after this app and find a way to make my daughter feel better because he had no skills to do that.
I gave 2 stars because the ladies in front were nice and helpful when we chose glasses.
