I took a friend here for her birthday and we had the best time! Super fun and our instructor, Jones, was amazing. He was funny and entertaining and a great all-around guide to the evening. The games were really fun and we worked up a huge appetite not to mention a big sweat. I would recommend elbow pads if you have them as a lot of us ended up with bruises due to bad form in the midst of combat! Also recommend wearing very light clothing--it gets hot fast as you're running around. The only thing I wish they had was a bit of plain old target practice but otherwise it was definitely a memorable night.
