This just didnt pass the smell test. Technician first noted how ineffective the attic fan was. When I mentioned A1 installed it, he said it actually was a good idea to have one and it seemed to be working well. He made one repair, but then suggested another. When I told him I thought that repair had recently been done, he said "Oh yeah. I see that it has. I meant this repair." He then told me he could do it for 1000, 2000 or 3000. When I asked if I could get the records of past services provided, he cleaned up the paperwork and headed out, saying the up to 3000 repair wasnt essential. This od for my elderly mom's house, which I am caring for. It really upsets me that this might be the way A1 treats (or tips off) elderly clients.
