Neat experience. Understandably it's touring many floors of a large building it's not the most physically challenged friendly place. However they have 'accessible' tours at specific times, which is awesome. After watching a elderly woman in a walker almost begin the tour, it was clear the tour staff may a bit of sensitivity training to provide information to guests who may not understand the physical demand of the tour. It's tough to tell people 'no' but that patron would have had an incident should they allowed her to go on the non-accomidating tour.
