Extremely slow to respond to intruder alarm. On 3 ...

Extremely slow to respond to intruder alarm. On 3 different occasions it took them 45min, 2 hours and over 4 hours to get to my property! What s the point in them having your keys???Also the last time I tried booking a job they told me I would have to wait a week for my request! Seriously useless service.
I am now waiting for them to refund me my year paid in advance, since they are inefficient.
