My husband and I stayed in the Hyatt Knoxville in August and had a lovely time. When we returned, he urged me to stay in the same hotel because he liked it so much. Well, we just checked in and we are quite disappointed. We paid for a king sized room so we could have the same type as last time. Unfortunately, what we got was a small king according to the front desk; it does not even have the plush comforter we had in August. We also did not get a microwave or the updated showers. Still, we paid more this time around. We also were told that the complimentary breakfast was no longer complimentary and if we wanted water, we could purchase bottled water at the small convenience store. I m not sure what happened in these short months, but it isn t a good sign. Needless to say, I am disappointed and next time we ll choose to branch out.
