appointment set day X at 17:30. Call the day before the secretary to ask us to come at 15:30. I put a day and shifts another appointment. Day X I arrive at 3:15 pm after 45 minutes the specialist arrives and takes the person who had an appointment at 16:10. I claim and this is the fair to apologize "phony". Still, I want to understand the wait justified to emergency but by appointment there should not be exaggerated. I do not care that we must undergo regularly in the medical community without any recourse.
