It has been pretty good for the past 7 years but j...

It has been pretty good for the past 7 years but just recently it has been going downhill. We have been VIP forever and it seems like if we don't spend thousands each time we are there we are treated differently. We stay for Jill our Host...we have not had such an on top of things host before her. The balconies in the hotel need to be pressure washed...they are filthy.
