I scheduled an appoint and the tech was late, It was hot and the tech was too big a guy to fit in the access to the ceiling. Re-scheduled for a couple of weeks later for a cooler morning. Another big tech arrived late and the guy who was suppose to go in the attic was another hour late, so lost the advantage of a cooler attic. They had to hurry up and go because they were late for another appointment. I did not get any information, instructions or even a channel line up. Disorganized and extremely poor installation service.
Follow up contact, was very nice and professional...I did not mention the installation experience. I was given instructions for Watch anywhere tv...which I could not get to work and appears to direct you to individual apps. The basic channel line up does not include CBS and is extremely disappointing. I really feel it is a waste of time and money and regret adding TV to my internet account.
