Carmel is great. Arranged pickup at LaGuardia ahead of trip, paid and had no worries. Called when got luggage and was met promptly at designated spot. Also the driver was very nice.
I was writing good review anyway and was told I d also receive a credit on my next ride. Unfortunately using it tomorrow, time to go home.
ps Carmels been around long time, know what they are doing!
