We set up our reservation with Carmel before we flew into New York. From the point when we called upon arrival, they were very prompt in arriving and helpful in helping locate their car. They had a sign with my name on it in their window so that I knew which car was for me and that was so helpful in such a high traffic airport. Since I am sharing my review with my good experience, I will be receiving $10 off of my next experience with them. Even better!
