CEC is a joke. I went through Americas Best who is in network to get glasses. I have a $200 plan through CEC. I received a discount plus paid out of pocket. CEC received a bill for $130 and would only cover $110 which they say is their contracted part. I already paid my copay plus more. CEC said I need to pay the additional $20. No other claims have been filed this year. The lady at CEC said that if I had gone to an out of network eyeglass place They would have reimbursed me the full $200 that my plan allows. How can this be legal?
