Physical therapists were great - very attentive and engaged. The overall feel of being at the clinic, though, is as though patients are a commodity. A standard treatment used is a "Neubie" machine, and the tech who works with patients walks away to be on his phone during the time intervals, rather than working to optimize use of the machine. This occurs in a communal treatment room so is readily observable by the owner. The entrance is blocked by a wobbly table, and patients wait in the hallway until a staff member comes to check them in (temp, etc) rather than welcoming patients at the front desk like all other offices. Lacks a professional and caring feeling to the overall office in spite of the fine therapists.
