And I requested ghe lady to change the name, she was bit busy with her mobile, but still after 2-3 minutes she took the paper and did the changes for ROP and filled the forms for name changing, I asked how much is the premium has to paid next time, and she said something which was not satisfied as she had requested to visit website.

And it took 10 minutes to change name change procedures and gave the insurance documents.

Overall it was good,
