I made an appointment for maintenance for my refrigerator confirmed 09/09/20 between 1-5 pm took a day off waited no one called me so I called the number of the technician that was in my email no answer you can t even leave a message so I called sears and I was on hold for 45-50 min and finally got someone and I was told that someone will call us 24-48 hrs besides that I also chatted on your customer service they are very sorry to what happened and someone will get back to me after 24-48 hrs(AGAIN) no one calls. I called again on 09/16/20 again I was on hold for 50-55 min. let me tell you that person who answer that phone said someone will call me within 24 hours and I said I was told that before but no one called. Today is 09/21/20 it s more than 2-3x 24-48 hrs past not even one called me back . I want my money back . Sears protection is so BAD .
