m a SPG member and Sheraton hotel is my favorite brand so I and my friends booked two rooms for two nights on 11/22-24. We stayed in room 511. After first night my husband found some bites on his neck, we didn t bother too much as we were in Disney, after 11/24 checked out, both of I and my husband found several bed bug bites on neck, leg, and ankle, pictures below. This was extremely scary as I never experience bed bug issue before, even in most inexpensive motel, can t believe Sheraton hotel will have bed bug issue?!!! We were so afraid to take any bed bug in our luggage from the hotel so cleaned all of our staff before we go home. I also saw the review from January from another guest said they saw bed bug as well. How can you let this happen again without take any action?? The towel in bathroom looks very old and not clean either. Will never go back to this hotel and have to doubt Sheraton brand, not all of them are good, check bed bug before you go to bed to avoid nightmare!!!
