Staff generally friendly and courteous. Parking never a problem. I've been there three times already. On one occasion, there were no paper towels to dry your hands in the men's restroom. The other day watching "Valerian", theater 8 had a musty smell like they used an old mop to clean the floor or an old rag to wipe the seats. Yesterday, watching "Atomic Blonde" in theater 1 was perfect. I must say, though, I purchased a membership a month and a half ago and am still waiting for the t-shirts they promised to mail. Their excuse was that "they changed all the management." I spoke to a new manager and he didn't seem to care. I know they're only t-shirts but they come with paid membership. They should follow through with promises because there are closer (and cheaper) theaters I can enjoy.
