Very disappointed .we bought a sofa in October boconcept Graz. It was delivered damaged with a hole in front. The sales associate told us to keep it and she will have it replaced. We learned that only the bottom part will come, know that run of fabric can be different we expected we will get q full sofa replaced, the pillows have also been very poorly fabricated. Today December 18; we learned that we will only get the front board exchanged and pillowcases. Is this the quality and customer service of Boconcept,, We used this sofa for only 4 weeks in Graz. Very very disappointed.
