My best friend/sister came in to deliver tonight it was the worst service ever! I mean ever. I told the nurse she was feeling pressure she comes in to check my sister and she is at a 8/9 from what Katie the nurse said..... she walks out my sister gets another contraction and is saying she has to push and she can not stop. I run to get the nurse who rudely reply s well it s not going to do any good if she won t push and the baby isn t down and takes her time coming in then rudely kicked me my sisters mom and sister out of the room just to realize then baby s head is out and she puts her hand on the baby s head trying to hold him in. Then the other nurses are being rude telling us to go to the waiting area and they wouldn t even open the door so we couldn t get out. Now my nephew has a bruised face from her trying to hold him in so the dr could come. Very very very poor service and there was no need in their rude mouths. I called the nursing supervisor on them and made a complaint and i will call Melanie their boss tomorrow. I will not recommend them to deliver anyone s baby ever. When i have my next one i will not deliver their ever. Go to providence people the nursing staff is so poor at Baylor Scott and white. Like this is very unacceptable very.
