Very poor customer service at the front desk. They have people that can not function correctly past 8 pm working check in. It will take you 20 minutes to get a new key, and all of your personal information will not allow you into your own room. I m sorry, this was one of my worst experiences at any hotel that I have been at in 20 years of staying any where in the United States.
They charge $45 a night to valet park your car, with no personal parking option.
The only people that care, are the people at the bar and the concierge desk. Otherwise avoid this hotel, it is a scam and they will try to take every penny out of your pocket with no remorse no matter what you do, or who you are.
