The dim sum at Yauatcha is excellent and well made. The venison puffs had good pastry and a rich tasting filling. The har gau was superb, having a good coating and fresh prawns. Shui mai was equally as tasty. Mushroom spring roll with black truffle was crisp and extremely flavourful. The cheung fun was brilliantly made as so often in lesser restaurants this dish would have been oily and limp.

The dim sum was simply superb with little to fault, taking classic dishes and bringing them a notch above. Service was amazing as well - professional and attentive, which is so often lacking in Chinese restaurants.
