Not only is there maintenance every week with 12 to 24 hours of down time, I placed an order through frogfoot October 2019 when my status was preordered for a month I cancelled online. In November I ordered a frogfoot line through axxess. They came and installed in Jan 2020 been using the fibre for a whole month and paid now frogfoot put us offline because our "order" has not been activated yet, after 2 hours speaking to axxess it was stated that frogfoot got a cancellation NOW and put us offline. No after hour numbers, nothing. Even axxess was trying to get a hold of frogfoot for 30 min while I was on hold, they said "Its almost 5 so frogfoot won't answer" love to pay for things I can't even use
