Positives - staff pleasant and responsive to us and our needs. Limited in what they could do to help. Ran out of most of their fresh fruit over the weekend and had to wait until the owners arrived sometime Monday. Staff was very apologetic. This type of inventory control puts them in a poor position with customers when there is nothing they can do. Still out of bananas and oranges on Tuesday.

Negatives - Requested and reserved room based on disability needs. You will take a 1/2 flight to two 1/2 flights or an excessively long wheelchair ramp to these rooms and then our room was one from the end - further walking. No elevator, stairs to any level. Owners need to make these rooms more easily accessible and see that they come up to ADA standards for safety and accessibility which may not be possible due to the age of this facility. Could not use room they gave us and we're moved to a different more accessible room but it was not set up for disabled use.

No daily change and refreshment of towels, etc.

Breakfast consists of cold cereals, microwave oatmeal, limited fruit, juice, bagels/donuts/pastries, hot waffles you make yourself, coffee, tea, occasional yogurt. Mostly carbs with little or no protein.

Great staff even though they were placed in very difficult situations. Heard many complaints while in lobby or while eating "Breakfast."

This is a no frills motel regardless of what they advertise. Been there once, not again.
