Very bad online shopping experience.

Very bad online shopping experience.
I ordered several items from Shar music in May. For one item, I received cheaper substitute without asking my opinion.
For another item, I called to cancel one item after one and half month wait and was told that it was back in stock and I can expect to receive it in a week. Now two weeks later, I still don't see anything yet.
About the violin I bought, it is good quality. But I just realized that I actually could have much better violin with the same money spent if I choose other shops.
The customer service number, I tried maybe 10 times at different times, only one went through.
