The dealer is a young and nice gentleman. When we talk about lower price, he asked another senior dealer to talk to us. The senior gave us a promise to receive the new car, but actually they can't make it. But we sold out my old can to transfer the plate on the promised date. Therefore, there were several days we had no car for transportation to go to my office. Saying sorry was the only thing they could do. That bothered us and it's very inconvenience for us. Besides, there's some hidden cost for some warranty. We can deny it, but that felt uncomfortable.
