If you really care about your loved one, do not send them here. My grandfather is now dead because of their lack of care. He called the place a prison and would cry upon our departure. He also claimed that whenever we would ask questions to the "establishment," he would be even further neglected. He was so loved and was so kindhearted and all he was ever treated with at this place was disrespect. It saddens me that others have had the same experience as us. It is heartbreaking that others have endured the same pain that he did. A good man is now gone because of this. Heartbroken does not even begin to cover it. All we ever got was a "sorry you are upset". Absolutely disgraceful.
