My kids have been with this office for almost 6 years, we finally decided to go for another practice.

- The long waiting has always been a problem
- The doctors are always rushing
- The price is getting higher and higher

I took my son there one day for an appointment. While we were there, I asked the doctor a question about traveling overseas. Just like small casual talk. He told me the best thing to do is to check CDC website. I didn't realize that kind of question was documented more than half of his record on that day. Silly me, also told him that my son likes to bite his nails, he told me there is a medicine on Amazon. Yeah, I know, I have that. Then he told me there was nothing more he could do.

I was eventually charged for a higher level of diagnosis fee because I asked these questions. I was charged $67 for simple answers like "just google". I was pretty shocked but the billing department kept telling me there is nothing they can do. The office director kept saying, this is normal, this is not the highest level of charge. Sounds like we should feel lucky and grateful for only being charged $67 more.
