Justin was here to replace four smoke detectors, which he did in about 30 minutes. He learned from us that another technician was scheduled to replace a radio transmitter the next day and offered to contact his service center to request permission to complete that service call while he was here and eliminate the inconvenience of another servicing the next day. He completed that radio replacement and was finished with everything within an hour.
